While I now know that they cover a bunch of shows and movies I’m here for LOST and I really live the coverage, especially because only one person has actually seen the whole show. I hope they keep going with the rewatch

Streaming Things, I BEG you to hate watch and review The Idol!!

Love the show. Picked it up during early Stranger Things. Caught up real quick with Yellowjackets and followed along weekly during season two. Keep up the great work and Madison brings a great aspect to the show.

I was looking for a yellowjackets podcast and tried out 3 others before I found this one. So glad I found it and wish I would have found it sooner. Going back to listen to all the recaps from the beginning. These guys are hilarious and found myself laughing out loud every episode. The hosts have great chemistry and seem to really like each other.

This is my first ever podcast review. I found you guys a couple of months ago when I was searching for a Yellowjackets podcast to replace all the Murdaugh Murders casts I’d been listening to when he was found guilty. SO glad I gave a few others a try because when I finally listened to y’all, I knew you were THE CHOSEN ONE for me. It was even better when I discovered that you covered each of the 7 Harry Potter movies. Like Steve, my son and I attended several midnight release parties at Barnes & Noble to purchase the latest book. We would come home & he’d go to his room and I to mine and we would each read the first five chapters. Then, we would meet in the kitchen to make a snack and discuss what we had just read & speculate what might happen next. It is a very fond memory for both of us. So much so, I’ve recommended he give you guys a listen. I do vote in the polls- but y’all commentate on some movies & shows that I don’t really like- but I’m still here! Lastly, I absolutely LOVE 💘Pippin the dog & really hope he is recovering well from his surgery. Finally, your Bernie Sanders impression is very funny, but please make sure you keep your own political views out of the show. We are here to relax & listen to a discussion about a show or movie we like and politics of any kind does not belong. I love listening to this pod and it inspires me to watch new shows and movies! I am really hoping in the future, they talk about stranger things season five and when it comes out! I highly recommend this pod!

Came for Stranger Things, stayed for Yellowjackets. Currently crying laughing finishing up the Season 1 finale episode for Yellowjackets. Absolutely love having Madison bring some balance to the mix! Steve’s commentary and impersonations are my favorite. Chris does a good job hosting, great voice for a podcast, but treads into personal stories too much…the one about an intimate moment on one of the yellowjackets episodes — how that made it through editing, I don’t know but I nearly died of secondhand embarrassment. They do miss some pretty significant nuances sometimes but overall great, entertaining coverage.

Both the crew and podcast are excellent. The perfect balance of analyzing plot points and theories mixed in with hilarious hahas! Keep up the work fellas!!!

I came for Stranger Things. I stayed for literally everything else. And even became a patron. I didn’t know I could love the pod more but the addition of Madison (petition for her to become a permanent host 👀) really solidified y’all as my favorite film/TV podcast.

I only started listening to Streaming Things a few weeks before Yellowjackets season 2 premiered. I listen to pretty much all the podcasts available for the show and I thought I had already found my favorites. To my surprise, while just trying to fill time between new YJ content, I found a hidden gem. I love the humor and levity they all bring to this heavy, dark subject matter. They are also so smart and serve up legit story and character analysis and are knowledgeable about the production side of things too. I really appreciate how open Chris is about his history with drugs and alcohol. He brings an emotional intelligence to the conversations and sees characters through such a fascinating and caring lens. It feels like hanging out with friends. I’m also a sucker for people doing voices and impressions, so I am totally sold. I look forward to every new episode for YJ and have even begun going back through their archives and listening to coverage on other shows and movies. Streaming Things is the real one! subscribe!

Chris, Steve, & Madison are hilarious! Love how they break down the episodes. I find myself actually LOL! Look forward to these each week.

The hosts are funny and entertaining super fans. If you love Stranger Things you’ll like the show (although personally I usually skip the mad libs😆). Updated: love all their coverage. Started watching Yellowjackets pretty much only because I wanted to follow the recaps and am very happy I did—the recaps really enhance my enjoyment of the show and I anticipate both with equal excitement😁

Not so often do you find a pod is just above the rest. This show is so incredible. Having Maddison had just elevated the show. I can listen to episodes over and over again. The jokes always land, the discussions are great, and the information is spot on! I became. Patron of the show a couple months ago. Best decision I’ve made in a very long time. The vibe of the show can just brighten up the day! Thanks guys, keep ‘em coming!

Loving this podcast and I listen every Monday at work. I know it’s polarizing, but I’m not sure how I feel about Cassie either. hahhahaha. Coverage is A I have a crazy theory tho! I think, and I say this with my full chest, that Misty is the one who convinces the rest of the team to eat pit girl ( mari ). EVIDENCE: the smile on her face when she removes her mask. IS MISTY THE TRUE ANTLER QUEEN?????

Great season 1 recap of Yellow Jackets. Lots of laughs. The best was “Plant-Parenthood”, I busted out laughing driving in my car. Classic Streaming Things antics. That’s why I LOVE this podcast. Melissa was awesome too.

You guys are so great and so funny. I started Yellowjackets just because y’all were covering it! I’ve been listening since Stranger Things and this show never lets me down. I love all the hosts and I’m so glad you brought in Madison for this show. She’s hilarious! I also LOVE all the voices and impressions so please never stop! Old Tony the sniper is my fav! (IYKYK)

These guys are so fun to listen to. I started because I wanted something to fill in my post-series-depression for Stranger Things. I stayed because I love laughing along with these guys and all the quirky references they make and the tangents they go on. They always pick great shows to talk about, and I’ve even started watching a show I had never heard of (Yellowjackets) JUST because they are following it and I don’t want to miss out on the fun! Thanks for all the great hours of distraction while I drive and work on my computer!

Yellowjackets don’t produce honey so the section called Honeycomb doesn’t work. Yellowjackets aren’t bees. Also, why didn’t Misty ever go to press since she loves attention? Lottie screaming to me I feel is her being pulled away from the wilderness spirit. Oh, do you think Shauna will give birth to a wendigo, who will run out of her womb into the forest? Good show, despite the weird Yellowjackets are bees thing and sometimes the tangents are way too long like the Bernie thing. Jokes are only funny if they have to do with the actual series or quick jabs. I almost started to fast forward but then you brought it back at the last second…and why are you yelling Caligula? It doesn’t make any sense.

I started listening for the Stranger Things coverage and this quickly became my favorite podcast. These guys are absolutely delightful! Smart, well informed and so funny! Even when I’ve never watched/heard of what they’re talking about, they are still such an enjoyable listen. Their silly tangents make me genuinely laugh out loud. Their rapport with each other, their honesty and their general positive attitude provide me with so much joy and have a calming effect on my often noisy brain. Keep up the great work guys. My absolute favorite podcast. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve found myself laughing so hard I’m crying on my drive into work. Love how they are so down to earth and fun to listen to. This is what podcasts where meant to be.

My favorite podcast! Started listening with their Stranger Things content and now I’m hooked! Insightful Last of Us coverage and I am enjoying the Yellowjackets episodes with Madison! It’s nice to hear a female perspective and Madison stands her own as a guest host against Chris and Steve! I can’t wait for Yellowjackets season 2!
