Audio Joy
These guys just make me happy. Every episode manages to give me a little internal (and sometimes external) chuckle and I generally don’t love “chatty” or non-informational podcasts. They are so fun and I want to be their friend! I also appreciate that they usually take time to do some research about something or another within whatever they’re watching while still be relatable and fun. Just overall really enjoyable and feel good to listen to!

It’s all about the details!
I just love this podcast. I feel like I’ve found a group of friends that love talking about shows/movies I enjoy watching. And I don’t just like watching things without analyzing, so when I came across this podcast through Chris’ TikTok, it was a great day. The details you guys go into with the plots, sound and the style of filming is just soooo good. Thank you for doing what you do and allowing me to feel a part of it. :)

i am so glad i found you guys before season 5
dude… i have been looking for a podcast that covers tv and movies and has great in-depth analysis but also doesn’t take itself too seriously - AND I FINALLY FOUND IT! I have recently been listening back through the stranger things season 4 episode recaps and I am actually so upset I hadn’t found this podcast earlier. It is such great insight and incredibly hilarious and I can’t get enough of it!

Favorite Podcast!
Started listening at the beginning of stranger things season 4 and this quickly became my favorite podcast. When a new episode comes out it’s always the first thing I’ll listen to. Even the episodes recapping a movie/show I haven’t watched are must listens! The banter between Steve, Chris, and Andy is always hilarious and so well timed. Looking forward to The Last of Us in January!

Fantastic Show
These three guys are one of my favorites to listen to about films/television. Their Harry Potter coverage so far has had me in tears laughing, especially watching them do the review on their YouTube channel. They are more PC than I would care for them to be, but it by no means dilutes the quality of their content. Great show, great guys, great laughs.

Always a good listen!
I came to this podcast for the Stranger Things recaps (which are the best on the internet!) and have stayed for everything else because these guys are 1) adorable, 2) funny as @&*! and c) all of their content is wildly amusing and informative. Listening to Chris, Steve and Andy is liking hanging out with good friends…especially if your friends like to go in on their favorite shows, make fun of them when they deserve it and talk about getting their cheeks clapped if they lived in Westeros. (Chris, I hear you AND see you! 😝)

Love these dudes
This pod is funny, insightful, inclusive and all around awesome. I spend a lot of my job on the road and it’s like having a bunch of friends to laugh with! And for all the female nerds out there like myself, no gatekeepers here! How refreshing. Can’t wait for TLoU in January.

Maybe the best podcast I’ve ever heard
I scour the internet for good podcasts, and I’m very picky about the ones I like. These fellas have an excellent show structure and chemistry that is matched by only some of the most accomplished podcasters (and, honestly, even better than most of them). Streaming Things may truly be my favorite now because of how funny and relatable these guys are, and the inescapable feeling like you’re one of them. They are also seemingly very mindful and good people underneath all of their hilarity, and that is important to me and many others who ingest this media. Do not miss a second of this one in a million podcast!!

A Great Time
This podcast is just the best thing to listen to when you’re looking for lighthearted listening and humor. Please note… if you don’t have a sense of humor, get one and then come back to listen to this pod. I started listening for the Stranger Things 4 coverage and then proceeded to binge the entirety of their stranger things coverage. I found that I started to miss the guys and their humor and basically started watching HOTD simply to listen to the newer episodes. A gem of a show. PS: I know this is old but Heath bars are delicious.

I’m obsessed
I literally can’t stop listening. I started listening during the last few episodes of HOTD and have gone back and listened to their episodes on Stranger Things season 4 and currently binging the rings of power. Going to listen to HOTD from the beginning after this. They are SO FUNNY, I literally find myself LOLing but also they have amazing critiques and analysis. I have this dilemma where I can’t stop listening but I’m also worried I’m going to run out of episodes to listen to! More Marty B please!!

Simply the Best!
I’ve binged their Stranger Things coverage episodes multiple times now. Love turning on those episodes to listen to while doing chores and whatnot. I’ve even listened to episodes of shows/movies I’ve never seen just because I love listening to these guys so much. This podcast is full of hilarity, heart and a heck of a lot of knowledge of tv and movies. Andy, Chris and Steve’s friendship is admirable and they make you feel like you’re one of their friends too. My favorite discovery of 2022. Keep it up my dudes. Your hard work on this pod doesn’t go unnoticed. Love you guys!

The very best podcast out there!
My husband and I adore this podcast. We could listen to you all talk about anything and everything. We both listen to every one and get so excited to see new content released. I personally am overjoyed to hear that Harry Potter will be coming up soon! Thanks for doing what you do!

My body tells me no, but I won’t quit, cus I want more…
It’s like drugs for your ears; once you get just one listen, you’re hooked. You quickly go back and devour everything they’ve covered that you’re in to. But that’s not enough. You begin listening to things you’ve never even heard of. But it still gives those ear holes great, great pleasure. Pretty soon you’re just looking for a hit of anything. You’ll settle for shows you don’t even like, shows you loathe. Caliou? Tellie tubbies? The Kardashians?! You don’t even care. You just want more! It’s just that good.

Love it!
I follow Chris on TikTok and just got around to listening to my first ever episode of your review of House of the Dragon, Episode 1. I’m a HUGE fan of Game of Thrones (I’ll have to go back and listen to those now:)) and was looking forward to your take on HOTD. FYI Graham McTavish is from Outlander…he played Dougal MacKenzie…so good! Your insight has definitely helped me understand HOTD a bit better. I look forward to listening to your other shows, too. Thank you…on to episode two synopsis and analysis.

Love the podcasts!
Guys I love the podcasts! Started with stranger things and just finished rings of power. Of all the recap pods I’ve listen too this one definitely has the best hosts and format. Just a few things I wanted to mention about the last episodes. The stones in the rings are not the simarils. The simarils are imbued with the light of the trees. They were stolen long ago and the whereabouts of all of them are somewhat of a mystery. Also the 3 elven rings were not gifted to them in the lore they were crafted by the elves with knowledge from Sauron. This is why Sauron never finds them because he doesn’t have as strong of a connection to those three. Anyway you guys do an amazing job and I can’t wait to hear more!

Can’t stop listening!
I started listening during the break before the last two episodes of Stranger Things 4 when I had exhausted all of my friends who no longer wanted to dissect the show with me…I loved what I heard, and I haven’t stopped listening since. I’ve listened back through their other movie and TV show coverage and with every episode I find myself both laughing out loud and adding a movie or TV show to my watch (or rewatch) list. I am loving their Rings of Power coverage, as well (and their LOTR recaps are probably my favorite episodes). This has quickly become not only my favorite podcast, but also a comfort-podcast that I find myself putting on multiple times per week.

Insightful & Hilarious
I would listen to these guys solely for the French orc impressions and the Celebrimbor “hello” on the Rings of Power podcast. These guys are a great mix of insight and humor. I can’t wait for the podcast to come out after each Rings episode. Love you guys.
